6 Great Real Estate Website Builders

Updated: Jul 10

Today's homebuyers and sellers actively search for real estate agents, and your website is often their first stop. Building an effective real estate website is a deliberate process, involving elements like search engine optimization, design, coding, customer service features, and device compatibility.

Creating a great real estate website requires the expertise of a high-impact builder. To ensure business growth, it's crucial that your website seamlessly integrates with other systems, such as CRM and lead provider tools.

In this article, I breifly examine their features, pricing, and ease of use.

The key functions of a real estate website builder include showcasing listings, building brand authority, and providing a user-friendly experience. I considered landing pages, IDX integration, pricing, ease of use, and additional features in our evaluation.

Here are some top real estate website builders I have used:

Ylopo

  • Features: Mobile-optimized IDX website, Facebook advertising, automation.

  • Pricing: Starts at $295 per month.

  • Ease of use: Automated features for social media marketing.

AgentFire

  • Features: Express Setup, customizable designs, CRM integration.

  • Pricing: Various tiers starting from $199 setup fee.

  • Ease of use: Drag-and-drop website builder.

Union Street Media

  • Features: Customized websites, mobile-first design, advanced SEO.

  • Pricing: Customized services, demo available.

  • Ease of use: 24/7 help desk support.

Luxury Presence

  • Features: Custom website design, IDX tool, mobile optimization.

  • Pricing: Starts at $6,000, with additional services available.

  • Ease of use: User-friendly with a focus on luxury branding.

Sierra Interactive

  • Features: Hyperlocal websites, lead generation, organic growth.

  • Pricing: $399.95 per month, with customizable options.

  • Ease of use: Pre-made templates, responsive support.

Placester

  • Features: Affordable website builder, NAR partnership.

  • Pricing: Three plans starting from $79/month for NAR members.

  • Ease of use: Drag-and-drop features, extensive customer support.

I actually choose Wix for my website platform because it can handle almost any type of business and I love the web editor interface. Oh, the $38 per month is a fair price too. It isnt the best for real estate businesses because the CRM only tracks a few details and add-ons/apps are needed to properly get your local MLS IDX.

Choosing the right real estate website builder is crucial for creating a welcoming and high-performing online presence. With the right integration, your website can drive more leads and conversions, providing a consistent and updated experience for your clients.
